Meet the Team

I’m Dan Morrison, the guy behind the lens of Pawsitively Perfect Pet Photography, with my furry partner in crime Siempre (Sia).

I’m based in North Simcoe and Muskoka Ontario, where I live with my wife Kim, the furry consultant you see below and our indoors only cat named Kitty.

I started in the wedding photography business in 1979 after graduating from the creative photography course at Humber College in Toronto. I have shot film extensively and transitioned to digital when film went out of vogue. I’m very glad to see it making somewhat of a comeback and am a huge fan of the “Looks Like Film” look.

I transitioned from active wedding photographer to strictly pet and their people photography recently, after getting our dog Siempre. I realized how special our pets are in our life and I wanted to share that bond for people. Siempre is our sweet, perfect fur friend and not an hour goes by that I am not moved y the wonder of our bond. I try to capture that in all the images I create so you too can always cherish how special your animals are in your life.
